Regional Competitiveness Report

Lorem Ipsum dolor sit amet

The Regional Competitiveness Report was created with the understanding that what gets measured is what gets done. For more than six years, it has served as a trusted resource by business, government, and nonprofit leaders throughout Tampa Bay.

Over 60 indicators are used to track Tampa Bay’s strengths and weaknesses and measure our performance against 19 benchmark communities nationwide.

Many organizations use the report to help define challenges, prioritize activities and allocate resources. With the same knowledge-base, we can work collaboratively for positive change in Tampa Bay.

Research is the starting place. Transformation occurs when we act upon what we have learned.

A starting point for change

The Regional Competitiveness Report (RCR) was created with the understanding that what gets measured is what gets done. For more than six years, it has served as a trusted resource by business, government, and nonprofit leaders throughout Tampa Bay. A companion piece to the Regional Competitiveness Report, the Tampa Bay E-Insights Report is a multi-dimensional quantitative assessment of the region’s current economic health.

More than 60 indicators are used to track Tampa Bay’s strengths and weaknesses, and measure our performance against 19 benchmark communities nationwide. Many organizations use the report to help define challenges, prioritize activities, and allocate resources. With the same knowledge-base, we can work collaboratively for positive change in Tampa Bay.
